Delivery at SHERYDANE is fully offered on our entire store with no minimum purchase.
Sherydane ensures fast delivery from 3 working days. We deliver all of your items quickly depending on stock availability at the time of ordering. Our anti-waste policy is to ensure responsible production according to your orders. Indeed we produce on a human scale and in case of out of stock delivery time can vary between 3 weeks 30 days while our seamstresses and Leah Beatrice produce your panties or menstrual shorty. Our tailors are very responsive to deliver to you as quickly as possible. The production workshop is based in the north of France but your items can be delivered from Paris, the head office of our shop. We use the services of La Poste in tracked delivery to ship your packages, which also allows you to follow the delivery to your home and organize yourself to receive them in good conditions. Once your packages have been dispatched, we are not responsible for delivery delays linked to the postal service. Please consult our sales conditions in case of doubt and do not hesitate to contact us if necessary. Your items are delivered in cardboard packaging , designed with healthy materials, which respects the planet and according to our ecological values.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND
SHERYDANE guarantees you an exchange and / or refund on the panties and shorties purchased on this site. You got the wrong sizes, colors ... You want to make a simple exchange or a refund? Fill out the form and wait for an email from our customer service. We will send you the instructions to prepare the goods for return. As the delivery of your items is entirely offered by Sherydane with no minimum purchase, returns will be borne by the buyer.

What you need to put in the package:
Place a copy of the “Order Number” inside the package. If no number is subsequently found, we will not guarantee a refund for returned products.
